Our infrared sauna uses infrared light to heat your body directly (instead of heating the air like a traditional sauna). This allows for a deeper, more comfortable heat and a wide range of wellness benefits. Book for 30 min time frames pre or post workout. Or enjoy an IV drip in our heated massage chair and then go into our infrared sauna for a power punch of anti-aging benefits. 

What is Infrared Sauna Good For?

Detoxification
