Jennifer Catrambone

Yoga Instructor

Jennifer is an experienced yoga instructor with numerous certifications and a deep passion for helping others cultivate strength, balance, and mindfulness through movement. Her classes blend thoughtful sequencing, breathwork, and alignment to create a supportive space where students of all levels can reconnect with their bodies and find calm within the practice. In addition to teaching yoga, Jennifer is also a Best of Boston award-winning aesthetician, bringing the same dedication to wellness, care, and confidence to both her clients and students.

Vanessa Tielman

Group Fitness Instructor/ Personal Trainer

Vanessa is an experienced fitness instructor certified in Pilates, Barre, TRX, and Spin, known for her energetic coaching style and supportive approach. Originally from the Netherlands, she brings a global perspective to fitness and loves helping clients build strength, endurance, and confidence through dynamic, well-balanced workouts. As a mother of three, Vanessa understands the importance of staying active while balancing a busy life, and she’s passionate about creating motivating classes that make movement both effective and enjoyable.

Carolyn Lieberman

Group Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer

Carolyn is an experienced personal trainer and group fitness instructor who is passionate about helping clients feel strong, confident, and energized through movement. With years of coaching experience, she creates supportive, motivating workouts that meet people where they are while encouraging them to push beyond their limits. In addition to fitness, Carolyn is also a virtual stylist, combining her love for health, confidence, and personal expression to help others look and feel their best inside and out.

Jasmine Gonzalez

Group Fitness Instructor 

Jasmine is a high-energy kettlebell, HIIT, and bootcamp instructor who loves pushing clients to discover just how strong and capable they truly are. She brings intensity, smart programming, and motivating leadership to every workout while creating a supportive team atmosphere that keeps members coming back. Outside the studio, she is also the manager at Bella Bela Aesthetics, where her passion for confidence and empowerment extends beyond fitness.

Marybeth Paul

Group Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer 

Marybeth is a NASM-certified strength instructor and personal trainer with over 15 years of experience helping clients build confidence, resilience, and real results through smart, empowering training. She brings high energy, expert coaching, and a genuine love for movement to every session, creating workouts that are both challenging and supportive. In addition to her work in fitness, she is also a professional actress — bringing passion, presence, and powerful motivation into everything she does.

Jessica Haroutunian

Group Fitness Instructor 

Jessica is a seasoned barre and Pilates instructor with over 15 years of experience helping clients feel strong, balanced, and confident in their bodies. She blends precision, flow, and motivating energy to create classes that are both challenging and empowering, meeting clients exactly where they are while pushing them to grow. In addition to teaching, she is also a licensed aesthetician and social media manager, bringing creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for beauty and wellness into everything she does.

Kelly Cope

Group Fitness Instructor

Kelly is a passionate yoga and strength instructor who brings fresh energy and heart into every class she teaches. She is dedicated to helping clients build confidence, mobility, and strength in a supportive and welcoming environment. When she’s not in the studio, she works as a bartender at Avenue in Medfield — where her outgoing personality and positive vibe shine just as brightly.

Sophia Gentile

Client Coordinator/ Studio Manager 

Sophia is the manager and client coordinator at Core Cove Fitness & Wellness, where she helps ensure every client experience is seamless, welcoming, and thoughtfully organized. With a natural talent for connection and organization, she plays a key role in supporting both the team and the community that makes Core Cove special. Sophia also serves as the client coordinator at Bella Bela Aesthetics in Sherborn, MA, where she brings the same attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service to every client interaction.

Kim Katz

Client Coordinator 

Kim is the client coordinator at Core Cove Fitness & Wellness, bringing a warm, energetic presence to the studio and helping ensure every client feels welcomed and supported. A former group fitness instructor, she has a deep appreciation for movement and understands the importance of creating a positive and motivating environment for members. In addition to her role at Core Cove, Kim is also a talented makeup artist and has a strong background in sales, combining creativity, connection, and exceptional client service in everything she does.

Patty Doherty, RN

Client Coordinator/ Registered Nurse 

Patty is a registered nurse and patient coordinator at Core Cove Fitness & Wellness. Her warmth, knowledge, and dedication to patient care make her an invaluable part of the Core Cove community. Patty loves staying active and meeting new people, and she brings that same positive energy and compassion to every interaction with clients.
