Class Schedule

Our classes offer a variety of formats, including Pilates, Barre, Yoga, HIIT, Bootcamp & Strength. Classes change based on member preferences and demand. Tell us what you'd like to experience.

What do I need for Class?

Footwear

Please remove outdoor shoes once you come into our studio and put away in lockers or shoe cubbies. 


Grip socks or barefoot recommended for barre, pilates and yoga. 


Indoor sneakers recommended for HIIT, Tabata and strength training. 

Towels

Please bring a fitness towel to put over your yoga mat. We have mats in our studio for you to use at no charge or bring your own. We also have small towels for your use. 

Water

Please bring plenty of water. We have a bubbler to refill your water bottle. We also have beverages for sale pre or post workout.
